When do tickets go on sale?

How much are tickets and what do they include?

 

VIP Admission tickets are $200 plus fees and tax. They include access to the signing room one hour early at 10:00 a.m., a VIP swag bag, a buffet dinner, and access to the costume ball themed after party!

 

General Admission tickets are $75 plus fees and tax. They include access to the signing room at 11:00 a.m. and a swag bag! You can purchase an After Party Add-On for access to the dinner and costume ball themed after party!

 

After Party Add-On tickets are $90 plus fees and tax. They include a buffet dinner, and access to the costume ball themed after party!

How many tickets can I buy?

 

You can buy up to four (4) tickets.

 

Are refunds available?

 

Refunds are not available. Tickets are final sale and non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we will have a resale thread in our Facebook Attendee group.

 

Is there an age policy?

 

Royal City Romance is an 18+ event.

 

Will there be water available at the conference?

 

Yes! There will be water stations around the signing room. You are also welcome to bring your own water bottles into the venue.

 

What type of book carts are allowed?

 

We allow top-loading utility carts as shown below. We do not allow wagons, suitcases, or any cart that needs to be laid down to open.

 

Is there a dress code for the after party?

 

The after party is costume ball themed to celebrate Halloween! Dressing up is highly encouraged, but completely optional–wear what you’re comfortable in!
